1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, requesting, approving, or using any service offered by SRINATH ADS, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.

If you are accepting on behalf of a business, agency, brand, or organization, you confirm that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should refrain from engaging SRINATH ADS for project execution.

2) Services Offered

SRINATH ADS provides creative, media, and digital growth services tailored to business goals and campaign strategy. Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Commercial Ads

  • Social Media Campaigns
  • YouTube Video Advertising
  • Digital Marketing

  • Branding & Creative Services

Final scope, deliverables, and execution timelines are defined in project-specific proposals, work orders, or approved communication.

3) Project Confirmation

A project is considered confirmed when the client accepts the proposal, confirms scope, and makes the required advance payment.

Once confirmed, SRINATH ADS allocates resources, production planning, and timelines accordingly. Any major scope adjustment after confirmation may require revised costing and deadlines.

4) Payments & Billing

Advance & Milestone Structure

Projects generally begin with an advance payment as agreed in writing. Remaining balance is payable before final delivery, launch, transfer, or publication unless otherwise stated.

Taxes

GST and any applicable taxes, duties, or statutory charges are billed additionally where required under law unless explicitly included in quotations.

Late Payment Policy

Delayed payments may result in temporary project hold, delayed handover, paused ad spend execution, or delayed campaign renewals. SRINATH ADS may levy reasonable late fees where contractually documented.

5) Revisions Policy

Unless otherwise mentioned in your proposal, each creative deliverable includes up to two rounds of standard revisions within the originally approved scope.

  • Additional revision rounds may incur separate charges.
  • Revisions requested after final approval may be treated as a new change request.
  • Scope changes (new scripts, extra ad formats, additional languages, etc.) are billed separately with revised timelines.

6) Client Responsibilities

To ensure quality and timely delivery, clients must:

  • Provide required approvals, briefs, and feedback on time.
  • Supply brand assets, logos, product images, and legal disclaimers needed for execution.
  • Ensure they own or have legal rights to all content/materials shared with SRINATH ADS.

SRINATH ADS is not liable for claims arising from unauthorized use of client-supplied assets.

7) Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership Transfer

Final approved deliverables transfer to the client only after full payment clearance for the relevant project or milestone.

Portfolio Rights

SRINATH ADS retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, presentations, and marketing channels unless restricted by a signed non-disclosure agreement.

Third-Party Licenses

Fonts, stock assets, music, templates, plugins, or platform tools governed by third-party licenses remain subject to their respective terms. Ongoing license obligations may rest with the client where applicable.

8) Advertising Platforms

Campaigns may run through Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and related ad ecosystems based on strategy and approved budgets.

Clients are responsible for adhering to platform-specific content, policy, and business verification requirements. SRINATH ADS does not guarantee approvals for all ad creatives or categories.

SRINATH ADS shall not be liable for account restrictions, disapprovals, suspensions, policy flags, or algorithmic delivery fluctuations imposed by third-party platforms.

9) AI Automation Services

For AI business automation services, SRINATH ADS applies commercially reasonable safeguards for client data confidentiality and system access handling.

AI-generated responses, recommendations, and automations may involve probabilistic outputs and cannot be considered infallible legal, financial, medical, or compliance advice.

Clients must review and validate critical outputs before operational use. SRINATH ADS is not responsible for losses arising solely from unreviewed automated decisions, platform downtime, or third-party API limitations.

10) Delivery Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on available information, approval speed, and production complexity.

  • Delays in client approvals, payments, or material submission may extend delivery dates.
  • Operational delays due to force majeure events (natural disaster, network outage, strikes, regulatory action, war, or similar disruptions) are outside either party’s reasonable control.

11) Cancellation & Refund Policy

Advance payments are generally non-refundable once project initiation, planning, scripting, design, filming, editing, setup, or campaign structuring has begun.

Refund eligibility, if any, is assessed only for uninitiated scope portions and is subject to documented deduction of completed work, committed vendor costs, and administrative charges.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing from the authorized client contact with clear project reference and reason.

12) Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential business data, campaign strategies, customer information, pricing, and unpublished creative concepts that are clearly identified as confidential.

Confidential information shall not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties except where required by law or with prior written consent.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SRINATH ADS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages including business interruption, goodwill loss, or lost profits.

Aggregate liability, if established, is limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

14) Privacy

Client data and communication details are handled in accordance with our operational privacy standards and any applicable legal requirements.

By using our services, you consent to collection and use of necessary project data for service delivery, performance tracking, invoicing, and support.

15) Third-Party Services

Certain deliverables may rely on third-party tools, hosting providers, ad platforms, voice artists, printing vendors, production partners, or API services.

SRINATH ADS is not responsible for interruptions, policy changes, service outages, pricing changes, or technical limitations caused by third-party providers.

16) Changes to Terms

SRINATH ADS may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect legal, operational, service, or policy changes.

Revised terms become effective upon publication on this page with updated date. Continued use of services after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
